Privacy policy in applications
Information according to Article 13. REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
1. Preamble
The company FORBIS s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "FORBIS"), is the owner and operator of applications in which your personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services to FORBIS partners. FORBIS does not collect personal data on its own behalf and for its intended purpose. Your personal data is collected by a partner of FORBIS and FORBIS only processes them. FORBIS processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council on the Protection of Natural Persons in the Processing of Personal Data and with the legal order of the Slovak Republic, while paying maximum attention to the privacy of the persons concerned and the protection of the personal data it processes. For this reason, all personal data processed by FORBIS is encrypted and pseudonymized so that personal data cannot be used to identify a person.

4. List of purposes of personal data processing and legal basis
- Provision of the application service
Legal basis for personal data processing: §13 par. 1, letter b) Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on changes and additions to certain regulations
- Archiving of users' personal data
Legal basis for personal data processing: Article 6. 1. letter f) Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and §13 paragraph 1, letter f) ) of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on personal protection. For this purpose, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest. The legitimate interest lies in the provision of the application service.
5. Period of storage of personal data
The period of storage of personal data is different for each application. This period is set by each FORBIS partner himself. FORBIS only processes and archives personal data.
6. Instruction on the rights of the person concerned
- The affected person has the right, on the basis of a written request, which will be sent electronically to the email address support@forbis.sk, to request confirmation from the operator as to whether or not personal data about him or her is being processed
- If the person concerned suspects that his personal data is being processed without authorization, he can submit a proposal to the Office for Personal Data Protection to initiate proceedings on personal data protection pursuant to § 100 of Act No. 18/2018 Z.z.
- If the person concerned does not have full legal capacity, his rights can be exercised by a legal representative.
- If the person concerned is not alive, his/her rights, which he/she had under this Act, can be exercised by a close person.
7. Processing of personal data
The processing of personal data is unavoidable in order to be able to provide you with the service of your chosen application. Providing your personal data is a contractual requirement and if you do not provide your personal data, it will not be possible to provide you with the service of the requested application.
8. Silence
The operator maintains confidentiality about the personal data it processes. Its confidentiality continues even after the processing of personal data has ended.
9. Transfer of personal data
The operator does not transfer the personal data of the person concerned to a third country or to an international organization.
10. Disclosure of personal data
The operator does not publish personal data.
11. Provision of personal data
The operator does not provide your personal data to third parties
12. Automated decision-making and profiling
As part of the processing of your personal data, there is no automated decision-making and profiling based on personal data.
